Installing Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring in St. Johns Country Club

Our clients chose 7″ wide Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring in the “Path Breeze” color by Beauflor.

After moving their furniture and removing the old flooring, we leveled the concrete slab subfloor. This was a very un-level floor. It took 12 bags of Bostik SL150 Leveler mix to finish 1,200 square feet of floor subfloor. A level subfloor is an important step to achieve a quality flooring installation.

Our crew installed the LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring, orienting the planks to run from the entrance at the front of the home towards the back, creating a visually appealing long run.

We finished this Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring installation with moldings at 3 carpet tucks, and several areas where the LVP met with tiled floors.
