  •  refinish the front and back staircases, and also the rails

Our crew sanded the rotary peeled Red Oak flooring, stair treads, and railings.

We used a Bona Golden Oak stain. Next our crew applied a Bona oil modified sealer for the first coat. And then we buffed down that coat, and applied two coats of waterborne Pallmann Power ultra matte finish.
