For this project, we installed some Costa Rican Teak hardwood flooring which these repeat clients had saved from a wood flooring project we had done years ago in their home off San Pablo Rd. in Pablo Pointe subdivision. We have made many Costa Rican Teak hardwood flooring installations over the years. Now the clients wanted this same, stunning wood flooring installed in two bedrooms for their children.

Here’s some photos of one of the carpeted bedrooms (before the old carpeting was removed), the concrete subfloor being prepared, and the Costa Rican Teak hardwood flooring being installed in one of the bedrooms. This wood flooring installation project was completed in two days; a very nice install.
