LVP Flooring and Stairs Installation in World Golf Village

These homeowners contracted Dan’s Floor Store 904.887.8303 to replace the existing carpet and tile throughout their entire home with Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring, including covering the stairway with LVP. We can do that!

After one of our FREE Dan’s Floor Store consultations, they selected 9″ wide Marigold Luxury Vinyl Plank from the Riverside collection with the look of Acacia wood, by LW Flooring .

Our crew began this project by removing the old carpeting and tile flooring from the floors and stairs.

We leveled the concrete slab subfloor with Bostik SL150 Leveler  to prepare it for LVP installation. A level subfloor is an important step to achieve a quality flooring installation. Our crew leveled the plywood subfloor upstairs by sanding the seams of the sheet plywood subfloor.

Our crew finished this Luxury Vinyl plank flooring installation. In one room, we installed the LVP in a diagonal pattern, to achieve the distinctive look our clients were looking for.

We continued the Acacia wood plank appearance LVP flooring for a matching look on the staircase treads, landings and nosings.

9″ Luxury Vinyl Plank Installation in Nocatee Florida

New homeowners in a retirement community in Nocatee, Florida contacted Dan’s Floor Store 904.887.8303 for their flooring improvement project.

Their house was a brand new build, but our clients did not like the flooring choices from their builder. They opted for us to start replacing flooring right after closing!

First we removed all of the carpet and tile flooring from the home.
