9″ Luxury Vinyl Plank Installation in Nocatee Florida

New homeowners in a retirement community in Nocatee, Florida contacted Dan’s Floor Store 904.887.8303 for their flooring improvement project.

Their house was a brand new build, but our clients did not like the flooring choices from their builder. They opted for us to start replacing flooring right after closing!

First we removed all of the carpet and tile flooring from the home.

Then we leveled the concrete slab subfloor. A level subfloor is very important to achieve a quality flooring installation, and helps the flooring last longer, too!

We installed a 9″ wide gray Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring by DuChateau, color name Gillon.

The gray LVP has hints of white that fits into the coastal look our clients wanted for their home.
