Installing European Oak Flooring in 20 Mile

We had just done a flooring job for these clients in a home in the Coastal Oaks community in Nocatee, Florida, six months ago. When they called us for this job, they had just purchased a new home in the 20 Mile community in Nocatee. They wanted to replace the carpeting on the upstairs floors and stairs in the new home with wood flooring.
Our crew began by removing approximately 1,800 square feet of carpeting from the floors and stairway of their new home.
We leveled the upstairs floors by sanding and hand scraping the edges of the sheet plywood subfloor.
Our clients chose 7 1/2″ wide engineered European Oak hardwood flooring by Sawgrass Hills. We installed the European Oak flooring on the floors and stairs using durable Bostik Greenforce adhesive. Our crew finished the hardwood flooring installation on the stair frame with matching stair nosing.
