New Engineered Wood Flooring with Stairs
A client in Jacksonville Beach contracted Dan’s Floor Store to replace the old, contractor grade carpeting in several rooms of their home with beautiful Santos Mahogany engineered wood flooring by Armstrong.

Most standard, contractor grade carpeting installed in new construction homes is only designed to last for 3 or 4 years before it begins to deteriorate and becomes harder to clean.
Also, carpeting tends to trap pollen and other allergens, and if anyone living in the home or working in the business office has allergies, this can cause problems year around.

As you can see in these photos, this flooring project was a little different than most because it included installing the new wood flooring on the stair well landing and refinishing treads on the stairs to match, in this two story home.
