European Oak Hardwood Flooring install – Nocatee

This Dan’s Floor Store job took place in Nocatee community in St. Johns county, Florida. These customers have owned this home for a decade and are improving their flooring prior to relocating back from Japan.

Our crew started this project by removing all of the old, existing tile, except for in the bathrooms.

We leveled the concrete slab subfloors with Bostik SL 175 leveler, to prepare them for the new engineered, character grade, European Oak hardwood flooring. (A leveled subfloor is important for a quality flooring installation.)

Here are some nice photos of the newly installed European Oak hardwood flooring, which we installed using Bostik Green Force adhesive. This flooring by Bella Citta was 7 1/2″ wide, and came in random lengths.
